Overview

Hello Again Properties rents short-term stays in Wisconsin. I designed, built, and maintain the website that introduces each property and points prospective guests toward booking.

Challenge

Guests choosing a short-term rental want to know what a place actually feels like, and they want to reach the booking step without hunting for it. With several properties under one brand, the site also had to keep them distinct without feeling like separate businesses.

My role

The whole build: information architecture, design, development, and ongoing maintenance as properties and details change.

Approach

I organized the content so that each property has its own page with the same structure: real photography, a plain description of the space, the practical details, and a direct booking path. Consistent branding and simple navigation hold the set together, and the design stays out of the way of the pictures.

Outcome

A working, maintained website that helps prospective guests explore the available properties and get to booking without friction.
